About Carlos

I’m Carlos Martinez, founder of TrueKey Lending. I studied business at the University of Florida and spent more than four years in corporate banking, working inside complex financial environments.

When I bought my first home, I saw how confusing the process can feel from the buyer’s side. Too many people make major decisions before they fully understand the real costs, tradeoffs, and preparation involved.

That experience is why I created TrueKey Lending: to make homebuying education and financial decision-making more practical, clear, and useful.

Built for People Who Want Clarity Before Commitment

• Practical homebuyer education before you shop

• Clear calculators, worksheets, and decision frameworks
